As a general rule, we love wines from Paso Robles, and this Cab was no exception. Rich with raspberry and cherry, the wine is full-bodied and jammy with a velvety mouthfeel. The tannins are well-balanced and give the Cab a complexity that will help it stand up to most any food—including the amazing spaghetti and meatballs we had for dinner that evening.
